Spreetail was professional, respectful and honest throughout the interview process. Next steps were clearly defined in a timely manner. I met numerous Spreetail employees who welcomed me with ease and the atmosphere was energetic. I am very excited to start my next chapter with Spreetail!

After completing the application process, I was contacted immediately to setup a phone interview. The first interview was over the phone with the HR department rep. After the phone interview I was asked to come to their offices in Lincoln for an in-person interview. So far so good. Unfortunately it was at this point that Spreetail showed it lacked respect for applicants time and worth. The second interview was at the Lincoln offices with one of the HR department reps (not the one I was originally working with) and an employee who worked in the department the position was posted in. The interview only lasted about 30 minutes and that was it. I was not given the chance to interview with anyone at a higher level who might be the potential supervisor of this position. For me to take an entire day off to spend at Spreetail I expected more interviews than just one. That aside, I felt the interview went extremely well and Spreetail said they would be in touch with me the next week. I fully expected to be brought back for another round of interviews. Unfortunately I never heard back from Spreetail again. I waited a couple weeks to reach out to them so that I was not a nuisance; however, they would not return my voicemails or emails. I called probably three times over the next 2 months and left voicemails and emails repeatedly. Given the amount of time I invested in this interview process the least Spreetail could do was send me a few sentences in an email thanking me for my time, letting me know my application was no longer being considered. If this is how Spreetail treats people - you might want to think twice about putting your future in their hands.
