I went through a lengthy interview process that included multiple phone screens, video calls, and an onsite interview with three team members. After the final onsite, I followed up several times seeking feedback or an update, but never received a single response. Being ghosted after investing so much time and energy was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, both on the part of the recruiter and the team. Now, a year later, I see the same role posted again. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others to consider this before applying.
