The magazines themselves, as well as the location, are quite impressive. Sadly, the reality of working here is likely as bad as what the negative reviews say. During my interview, I felt like the CEO wanted nothing more than to challenge me and my competency and suggested that the folks he had working for him in the past, as well as in the moment, needed handholding. This isn't a great way to make a great impression on an interview candidate. I answered his questions and held my ground, but this isn't someone I'd want to work for -- everything about him reeked micromanager with an attitude too big for Fargo, former NFL/Bison footballer or not.
