Three interviews. However the second interview is the determining interview, with the last one just being a waste of time? As others mentioned, they ghost you. I didn’t have a great feeling after the second interview since the interviewer seemed to be distracted for the whole thing but figured I would ride it out (no eye contact).
Never heard back within the timeline provided so I reached, more as a way to point out how unprofessional it is to not respond to a candidate after three interviews.

Applied through LinkedIn. Two interviews. One person at a time. Everyone I spoke with was very personable. Pretty smooth interview process. Interviewed and got the job within 2 weeks. Started the job within 2 weeks after that
