When I arrived I was taken to the staff room where I had to wait a matter of minutes before I was called in to the interview, was asked questions from a piece of paper, during all questions the only note he took was of my availability and what department appealed to me as he gave me a description of what each role was.

It was easy. Was asked some question about myself then about some past work history and if I would be willing to work in a fast paced environment. I was given a question to sell subscriptions and add-ons in live scenario
Casual chat, simple, nothing difficult, straightforward questions, mainly wanting someone with good availability, good team player, flexible, enthusiastic, outgoing and a people's person.
Very relaxed, chilled and jokey overall experience.
