There really wasn't an interview. The day of it, she showed me a tour of the place and basically asked my availability and I started the next week! She's super cool.

It was a short interview with the basic interview questions. I was given a little bit of time to think of my answers because I was put on the spot. Some of the questions were "Why Sport Clips?" I answered "I love this company because of the unique environment it offers. I love the theme of the salon. I also love the benefits this company offers. I would love to work my way up in this company and further my education. I was hired on the spot.

Filled out application, got offered an interview the day I turned it in. First manager approved of me, then had to go in for second interview with Owner. She loved me, and offered me the job!
