I was contacted by the Recruiter by email to schedule an interview. Used the link to schedule a day and time. Waited for the Recruiter to join the call, never did. He then sent another email to reschedule the interview with no explanation as to why he didn't make the call. I rescheduled a new time. The Recruiter than called me back immediately and wanted to conduct the phone screen right then. I had deadlines I was trying to meet and had rescheduled for a different day and time. He clearly didn't care about my time and only wanted things to happen when he was available. If this is how he treats people coming into the company, how will I be treated if I become an employee. Pass on this company.
