The interview was rescheduled a second time as it was at odd hours.
The first round was with HR and was general.
The second round was technical and took a lot of time.
After that, I never heard back from them. I followed up a couple of times, but they ghosted me. This reflects a bad company culture and a lack of respect for candidates' time. They could have at least sent an email to confirm the outcome instead of leaving me hanging.
It seems like they want to operate at the lowest cost. If that was the issue, they should have been upfront about it from the beginning. They wasted my time and disrupted my sleep with interviews at odd hours.
Very bad culture .... I would not join in this company ever
