Due to COVID the entire process was phone/video call. I had an initial phone screening with the recruiter who did an excellent job of describing the role and the team. I then interviewed with 2 people that were senior engagement managers, the person I will report to and the area vice president. All of the interviewers seemed more interested in making sure I felt comfortable and were trying to get to know me and my personality. I enjoyed speaking with all of them.
