Standard technology firm interview process: phone screen followed by onsite interview with 5 people, then another onsite with 4 more people. EVERYONE I exchanged emails with, spoke with, and met with are engaging and genuine individuals. Every person was professional and provided me with the atmosphere and conversation to put my best food forward. Many of the questions were geared towards problem solving, leadership, team engagement, strategy, etc. Their questions included how do I handle x situation, what is my thinking process to tackling x problems, what is the hardest or most difficult situation I had to handle in x role, how do I engage in this role without a leader present, how do you grow this business, etc. At each point of the interview, my recruiter connected with me to provide a status and next steps. It was very professional and I felt they took a real interest in getting to know me. By far the best place I've interviewed with! Note: I rated the interview as average because while the questions are subjective and can be very much debatable, the team was very opened minded and made it easy to talk to them, have an open discussion.
