Had a technical phone interview which was medium LeetCode type questions.
This was followed up by an on-site set of six interviews and lunch which I felt went well outside of one where the interviewer had a thick accent and was difficult to communicate effectively with. Wide range of topics from OOP to algorithms to other concepts.
I never received an email after my on-site.
Overall, they're a bit sloppy but seems like a decent company to work for.

Horrible. Rude. They were awful. Stay away. I never would recommend to even my worst enemy on this planet. What a terrible interviewer. Beware. They already picked someone. I am glad I dodged a bullet here.

The whole process took over three months and they even didn't provide the message after all stages that I am rejected. The time between rounds took form 3 to 4 weeks.

- 30 minute call with HR
- 1h technical interview in Karat (data structures and algorithms + system design)
- 1-2h technical interview with team members
- 1h interview with manager
The whole process takes a lot of time but it is well organized.
