Opaque. Lacking in honesty and direction. Spent 5 hours in a cramped conference room being sweat by employees during the interview process. No clear or realistic communication from the recruiter. Position was revised mid-interview and bumped down from a Senior Management role to a functionary creative role. Just a duplicitous and poorly run process from start to finish.
