Online face to face interview. It was nothing too hard, introducing and getting to know each other etc. It was very casual, nothing too formal and the manager made sure I feel comfortable

It took about 3 weeks to schedule the first interview. The interview was easy going and friendly, so chatting to him was a pleasure. Was asked to do a task (UI design and wireframe) and give a presentation in the Central London office. After preparing it for a few days and going all the way to Central London to give the presentation and chat to other employees, was told that they will let me know about the next steps in the couple of days. Two days later I got an email from the Hiring Manager that they should know about the next steps soon, so when did not hear anything for the next week I have decided to drop them a message. They have apologised for the delay and said I did really well, but still no proper information. After that- complete silence. Really disappointed since the whole experience seemed totally great at first, was really impressed with the work they do and the vibe in the office, but the lack of respect to candidates that sacrifice their time to even commute to their office during the pandemic and give a whole presentation is appalling. Seriously, a simple message saying that I am not a good fit for them and that they have filled position with someone would be enough. Can't imagine how they treat their workers then if simple communication is too much.
