Overall Interview process was really great. Usha Yadav from the HR team coordinated all the interviews really well, and accommodated for my busy schedule as I was working Full time and also giving multiple interviews. Also I got immediate feedback after every interview and that allowed me to prepare for the next level. Based on the positive interview experience and feedback from friends of friends already working there I decided to join Splash Learn.

The whole process was well organized, there ware a total of 4 rounds. The 1st & 2nd rounds were based on the DS, Algo, and Java core concepts. In the 3rd round with the Tech Head, we discussed some design problems. The last round was with the Company Co-founder Umang, it was a really fun round, we did a couple of quizzes, problem-solving, etc. Overall it was a great process, A big cheers for Mudita who was my HR contact person. She was super helpful during the process, she was in constant touch with me with updates on progress and the next round details.
