The interview process began with talking to the owner about the position. We exchanged questions and soon after I was shown around the office. I got a very good impression about the place during the interview. The employees seemed content and friendly. It was much more casual and less formal than most interviews that I have been on. I'm not even sure if they looked at my resume, but perhaps they trusted the recommendation of a former coworker.
