The force you to do a pair programming interview with an arcane programming language. They didn't help only judged. I passed the first part only to get 3 more take home questions. They ended up rejecting me because of the way I debugged.

The tech stack involves PHP. Was mainly asked high level questions about my development experience. What my lost job entailed.
There was nothing too technical, questioning was limited as it was a basic phone screen.
