In person interview with the owner or clinic manager. They will ask about the usual: experience, examples of good work/outcomes, special skills. They are also looking for people who are open to new experiences and supportive of others. The interview I had was very nice and personable with a professional yet casual attitude. They will show you the clinic and items that they work with and may ask if you can travel to their other locations if needed. If they like you, they will email you an offer of employment agreement.
