Phone interview, they asked questions and then I was invited to have an interview with one of the store managers and the regional manager. I was later offered the position over the phone and received a letter to confirm the terms of the offer. I wish the process was a bit quicker, once it started it went quickly, but it took a while to respond to my application.

I had a 15-20 minute phone interview with an HR associate, she asked the pretty standard first interview type questions. She let me know while I was still on the phone with her that she thought I'd be a great fit and wanted to set me up with a second interview. I got a call a couple days later to set up a second interview with the General Manager for a few days after that. The interview wasn't super intense but it wasn't easy either. At the end I had to take a quiz about insurance, I had never worked with insurances before but he told me it was more to make sure I could do math and word problems. He told me it'd be about and they would let me know, but it ended up only being a few days and they offered me a position.
