As an internal candidate, my last interview wasn't nearly as extensive as when I was initially hired into Spectrum Health. I met with the office manager, who gave me a tour of the facility and asked me questions about my work experience. She also had some of her staff members sit in and ask me questions. The process wasn't difficult, and as Spectrum has the ability to check a job application's status online, I was notified when the position was filled.

I was called in with the hiring supervisor and director. All of my background education and job experience was discussed to see how much knowledge and training I had in the job position. I was familiar with the supervisor, director, and position so they were very helpful and professional.
