I have been scheduled for two initial video interviews with Spectrum but each time the recruiter did not show up or respond to my email afterwards. I logged into the interview room 5-10 minutes early and re-entered several times but no one was there.
Very drawn out but well rounded interview questions, clear communication all around and great company benefits. I had three rounds of interviews; one phone screening, one with a manager with the same horizontal position, and finally one with the manager of my current team.
