I was sourced via an outside recruiter. I interviewed with the recruiter and then the hiring manager via phone, then was flown out a few weeks later for an on-site visit. There, I participated in a panel interview, and a couple 1:1 interviews. Following the on-site visit I waited about two months to hear concrete details and to be reimbursed for travel. Overall a positive experience, but somewhat slow moving.
