Initial phone interview after applying on the company website. Asked to attend an in person interview. Second interviewer did not attend, which led me to believe they had already made a decision, and my interview was standard procedure.
It was a one on one interview and they basically ask you how you have handled certain customer situations and how your skills will fit them. Afterwards they will go over the schedules and the training timeline and start date.

Tell us about a time you went above and beyond for a customer?
Great interview process and candidate experience. HR and hiring managers did a great job during the interview process. Kept well informed during the entire process. I had an overall positive experience.
A little lengthy of a process, but it was thorough. Feels as though they vet the right candidates for the role. Also enough people in the process to remove any bias.
