Got an email to schedule a 30 min phone interview. Once interviewing, they talked about the company and the position, then asked basic questions, about yourself, experience, projects, difficult situations.
Quick interview process, I was part of an assembly line of candidates for 90 positions. The interview panel was concise and thorough, and seemed to be transparent and genuine about the job responsibilities.

Entrevista
Initial phone screening with recruiter progressed to in person (back to back) interviews with the different design hiring teams each represented by the associated managers and supervisors. In person interviews appeared to follow a corporate worksheet of standard questions. Most questions were situational and they favored answers that related to GIS use but we're open to other professional experiences that demonstrated comprehension of concept.
