The interview process was HORRIBLE. I didn't like that they took over a week to tell me that I didn't get the job. All I had was a customer service background. They wanted me to give them my best "sales pitch"....I tried but obviously failed. They shouldn't have called me in to interview based on my resume if my resume CLEARLY had nothing except CUSTOMER SERVICE experience! A waste of my time and effort.

One interview with a recruiter over zoom that acts a screening and an overview of what the job looks like. Next round is an in person interview with a sales supervisor talking about experience and sales.
Solid process, easy and very informative. Communicate, job describes and benefits fleshed out very well. Enjoyed the process, online skills check was straight forward and easy to complete will accept if offered

About overcoming strong objections and that process
Interview involved online exam followed by in person interview. The interviewer was chill and personal. Very smooth process. I would recommend coming well dressed and clean cut. Seemed to have gone a long way for me.
