Very long wait. Was a hiring event. Probably 25-30 people there. After waiting it was pretty straightforward. First they called did a phone interview. Then had me attend a hiring event. First met/interviewed with 2 managers. Then passed that phase and continued to a panel of 4 HR reps. Received a call offering the job 2 days later.
The process was easy to apply and the interview process was easy as well as the staff being friendly. Dress business casual and have your resume with you and be ready to answer any questions they ask.

The Spectrum interview process begins with an online application, followed by a phone screening. Next are assessment tests and multiple interviews, including technical challenges for relevant roles. A final interview with senior leadership is conducted, followed by reference and background checks. Successful candidates receive a job offer.
