This was one of the most unprofessional interview processes I've witnessed in my entire professional career. My phone screening and video interview were within about one week of each other with consistent communication with the hiring manager throughout. After my 2nd round interview, I was met with complete silence. I received no response to thank you emails or update inquiries. This silence continued for 3 weeks. I was only able to find out I had been passed on for the job by calling in to a receptionist and having my call transferred, essentially tricking the manager into picking up. The hiring manager let me know the decision had been made roughly a week and a half prior. This is the type of behavior that will drive future candidates away from Spectrum. My excitement for the opportunity with Spectrum was completely outweighed by frustration at the complete lack of professionalism and common courtesy on the part of this hiring manager.

1:1 video interview for 30 minutes with hiring manager. Just was "closed" 2 hours before the interview, received notification. Teleconference platform didn't work, thankfully we were connected on LinkedIn to get around it.

From an internal perspective the process was very smooth and clear. there were 3 rows with two-panel interviews. Both panels were video interviews. General questions were asked with a bit of probing but overall all were nice interviews. The recruiter did not communicate as much as I would've liked but overall positive reviews.
