Skills test online that took about 45 minutes. Phone screen with HR who mainly asked about sales experience. In person interview was next. At interview, listened to a few calls and did a pretend call with the interviewer.

Very easy process due to high turnover rate. ( the job itself is not very hard it’s just mentally tiring) So the interview process is easy. One over the phone/zoom and final interview in person.

You will be interviewed by any lead available during the time you scheduled. They will ask the basic interview questions. The best way to get a job is by “selling yourself” to the interviewer. They want to make sure you can work under pressure and sale.

Quick and easy, as long as you're outgoing and willing to learn. there was a phone interview, then an in-person interview. I dressed professionally and answered questions involving experience and qualifications.
