Person who did the interview was just hired recently & never had experience with inside sales role. Asked questions on if you understood the sales process & if you could keep up with the demands of schedule adherences.

One interview with a recruiter over zoom that acts a screening and an overview of what the job looks like. Next round is an in person interview with a sales supervisor talking about experience and sales.
Solid process, easy and very informative. Communicate, job describes and benefits fleshed out very well. Enjoyed the process, online skills check was straight forward and easy to complete will accept if offered

About overcoming strong objections and that process
Interview involved online exam followed by in person interview. The interviewer was chill and personal. Very smooth process. I would recommend coming well dressed and clean cut. Seemed to have gone a long way for me.
