Fun interview, very long hiring process, it took three months to start work from the day I submitted my application. There was no "drilling" the interviewer was very welcoming. A week later they asked me to go to one of a handful of clinics and take a drug test, take the cup and go down the hall into a room all by yourself and provide a specimen. They tell you the results before you leave and then you wait for the recruiter to give you a start date. The background check did take a long time but they did not disqualify my application due to a ten year old cannabis conviction.

Was like having a conversation with a friend. Casual and laid back yet very professional. Explanations to any and all questions about the company was discussed as well as pay and benifits.

They asked lots of typical questions. Everyone was super nice and made it really easy to navigate everything. I love working at this wonderful company. Charter has amazing benefits and supervisors.
