Interview process was interactive and followed a series of mini interviews. The hiring process starts with a recruiter and then progresses to a panel of Managers and above via 30 minute mini interviews. Then it proceeds to an interview with the senior manager followed by an interview with the senior managers director. Final interview requires VP sign off or simulation.

Applied for the position online. Then, recruiter reached out a couple days later wanting to setup phone screening. Then, setup a time with the recruiter to meet over the phone. The recruiter called 10 mins late with no prior notification that they would be late. Totally understandable life happens to all of us. But, didn't even get a sincere apology from the recruiter which signaled a big red flag. Then, they described the company and role. All that was talked about was the bottom line of the company. Another red flag. Got done and hung up the phone and ran.
