Complete process of Interview took two weeks; First round is HR, Second is technical and final Face to Face round. Overall Interview Experience was good. Prepare well before Technical round. Lots of questions on collections and Java server pages.
HR and Lead Developer are good and polite.

Phone Interview with Technical Questions, followed by face to face round where the question was asked more related to project. I was asked a question on JSP, JAVA Basic, SQL, JDBC, and Hibernate(very few).
The interviewer was very polite and nice.
