On-Site in San Jose (3.5 hrs) The live coding interview was one of the most realistic exercises I've gone through. It gave me a glimpse into what it would be like to investigate an issue on production (a high-stress situation, for those that have been there) with the team, with an overall positive result. Their product is something that is easy to find meaning in: finding bad actors online. The team is small, and everyone I talked to was extremely collaborative, humble, and smart at the same time. They are on a hybrid model 3days/week in San Jose. This is also a great opportunity to dive into Rust. Overall, I would recommend Spec based on their product offering and empathetic and intelligent engineers.
