Interview consists of many phases, it is challenging but quite interesting.
Prepare to do some coding and answer some algorithms/problem solving related questions. After interview you will be able to discuss with the interviewer and you can learn a lot just by participating in interview process. I can really congratulate the company & involved people on the way the handle the interviews.
