It was meant to be a 2-3 interview process with a business logic test. Turned out to be 5 interviews as they kept moving the goalposts. In what was meant to be a final interview with the founder, he requested a thorough sales strategy to be presented and he provided a 12 slide template for me to fill out (7 hours unpaid work). I presented this and then received a verbal offer from the in-house recruiter. When no offer was sent, I chased, and the recruiter said he couldn’t 100% confirm I had an offer after all. Then the hiring manager got in touch and requested one last call. I spoke with him, answered more questions and he ended the call by saying an offer would be sent through the next day. I have never heard from anyone since. Disgusting. Just to add- they also contacted my references before the offer- one of which was a 15 min video call- what a waste of their time.
