Very friendly and low key. Focused on lifestyle and technical abilities. The technology portion was pretty general, but they asked the correct sort of questions to determine general programming abilities. The tech portion of the interview was with the whole tech team with various engineers and systems people. They seemed to all enjoy their jobs and the atmosphere of Sparkfun was super laid back, but obviously professional with a great team!
