It started with a quick phone interview with typical questions, tell me about yourself, why this role? Then I was informed that they would get back to me for next interview in a week. 3 weeks went by with dead silence, even after I followed-up. Then I finally got in with the new ED, though I understand she was new to her role she didn't answer any of my questions, not even the direction of the organization and how she would be engaging the EDs. She would pose questions that weren't related to the position and felt a bit awkward. Needless to say, the conversation was cut short and it worked out best for me just based on the interview process to know it wasn't a right fit. They were clearly looking for teachers. Should be more transparent in the process.
