Entrevista
Emailed me offering a phone interview. Very nice person. Got on the phone - she was very unenthusiastic - maybe tired? Wasn't so responsive. Asked several basic questions. My suspicion for her not being responsive is because as a recruiter- she has a quota of people to interview - so I was someone to fill the quota. I thought the interview went great! Nonetheless, the reality was, I was never moving to the next level because someone else was already the primary candidate.
I asked for constructive feedback on my interview because as I said, it went well. I was confused as to why they didn't move forward with my candidacy. She said I needed to shorten my responses.... What?? Isn't it good to have a thorough response to a question?? Means you prepared, have depth and experience (as long as you weren't babbling on). This confirmed my suspicions of being a quota.
Hopefully you'll have better luck!!

Entrevista
I applied through a job board and was contacted for a phone interview between a week and two weeks later. I was asked to come back for an in-person interview and met with three employees for about 20 minutes each, each from different departments. The questions were mainly regarding previous jobs or internships (tell me about a time you encountered this type of situation or how you handled a problem with communication/failed project etc). I was notified the next day from a phone call that I was recommended for hire and would be contacted in a couple of weeks if there were positions opening that could be extended to me in a formal offer.
