I applied to an IT Technical Recruiter position being asked to complete a series of questions along with availability for a phone interview to proceed to the next steps. I was so happy the Recruiter took interest in my background and moved me to the next steps. I provided availability that same day and never heard back even after several attempts of following up. I never received any status updates pertaining to next steps via email nor phone. I did not have a good candidate experience particularly in the first round of the interview process. Not a reliable process.
