I had applied for this company through Naukri. They took almost nine days to revert on that and scheduled the telephonic without asking me, that meant I didn't know till when interviewer called me for same. I was having free time, so I continued.
While screening, HR asked me everything about my profile, and then he had proceeded with it.
So Interview was mainly based on general strategy questions other than technical. At one point he asked me about my academics, I frankly explained with it. After that he discontinued my interview, said, he wanted to check internal things. I left it from there. I felt that, they may be having some issues in between them.
Today the same HR called me and started with same questioner. Upon that I told him that we already had that conversation, he added that he wanted to know my notice period. I replied, I've mentioned all details in my reply after only you processed my profile. Then he said that I forgot to check it out. Disconnected.
One question for this organisation - Do you really want person join you?
Don't insult the people by this type of treatment.

there was 4 rounds, 1 st was basic telephonic round, and then 2 technical rounds followed by 1 HR round. the 2nd round was about the projects and testing the core knowledge in depth. and 3rd round was a coding round.

It was really nice, they started with self introduction and then started asking questions about Embedded C and academic projects and previous company projects, and then given two c programming questions
