The name is SpanIdea but it should be exactly what my friend heard "SpamIdea". Well the role itself will doubt you with the dual personality u might possess to get through the interview. I am amazed how they invite people from one corner of Bangalore to another and doesn't even offer a glass of water. There's no AC, no fan and they ask you to wait. Wait where?? In the microwave. Even if one may ignore the facility part and focus on the person interviewing there is not much a difference. The person hardly cares about how badly u travelled to reach there for getting such a not so humble behaviour. The interviewer had hardly even smiled back. So the gist of my review is to let people understand to value their time and not fight the traffic for reaching to a place where nobody knows how to behave or take an interview.
