I applied online and received an email from an online Job application tracking site that allowed you check the status of your application progress. I did not hear back until 3.5 months later. Was interviewed first by HR rep over the phone. She proceeded to set up a live interview with me. We established email communication as well. I then was interviewed by the HR rep while they walked me around the facility on a tour. I was then interviewed by 6 more people after. The total time spent on interview day was 6 hours.
