Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró 4 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en SpaceX en abr 2019
Entrevista
Contacted by an in-house recruiter on LinkedIn about the position. The first interview consisted of an initial phone screening with the recruiter. At the end of the call, I was asked to submit writing samples for the hiring team to review. The second interview was about an hour-long phone call with the team lead, after which I was given a technical test to complete. The following week, I was asked to come in for an onsite interview— panel presentation/questions, then nearly 3 hours of 1:1 lighting round interviews in a tiny closet-sized conference room with individuals from the panel + HR, and a few other engineers. ~6 hours later, on my commute home, I received a phone call from a VP and Director for one final phone interview (~30 minutes) A verbal offer was given a few days after the onsite interview. Didn't see the paperwork for another 2-3 months. The entire process (initial contact with the recruiter to start date) lasted around 4 months.

Every typical interview question you can think of and much, much more.
Many interviews. Informed up front this was not a 40hr week type job. Weekends were common. A lot of work. Not great pay. Bonus paid in SpaceX stock. Accepted offer elsewhere.
I interviewed by phone for a position with SpaceX in June of 2021. I was contacted for an initial recruiter screen. About a week later, I did a second interview with hiring manager and completed technical writing assessment. After several weeks I learned I did not progress to the final round.

The interview process is unlike anything I'd ever experienced before. I like that it challenged me to dig deep into why I would be a good fit and an asset to SpaceX. Unlike what I have read about other SpaceX interviews, mine took much longer than most. Not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing, just wanted to throw out this information for anyone reading this and is also in conversations with SpaceX recruiters. I had 3 phone call interviews before I was invited to the facility to do a PowerPoint presentation interview. I also was asked to write a maintenance manual for a specified task and submit it to the team for review. Then entire process from application to job offer was a little less than two months.
