Brief phone interview with HR. Then set up interview with hiring manager. Phone interview with hiring manager took 1 hour. In depth discussion on resume. Questions about design, manufacturing and justification. Also some brief general engineering questions. After received an email stating that I was not selected.

First round was straight into technical questions. They didn't even ask me tell me about yourself. I think there was miscommunication with the recruiter and my interviewer. But either way he was not warm or welcoming at all.

The interview was over the phone which was an horrible experience. The interviewer will give difficult technical questions for the entire 40 minutes, and you just gotta do your best to answer it with no hints. The connection in Brownsville is terrible and will cut up a lot and even just disconnect.

They conducted two thirty minute phone calls over two weeks. They asked a ton of technical questions and about experience. They also ask you to walk through the technical aspects of a project you've worked on.
