Four round interview process; a phone screening, 30 minute meeting with a Lead Engineer, 1 hour meeting with a panel which included a presentation and white board session, and an onsite 3 hour tour, panel, and one-on-one interview. Expect whiteboard questions unrelated to the position you're applying for during the onsite panel. I was prepared for questions on cryogenic systems and was asked to design a system to dry clothes.
