It started with a scheduled 30 min phone interview that was about 2 weeks after I sent in the application where we discussed my background and I was asked several technical questions. An onside interview was scheduled a month later. When I go there I met with an HR rep and then was shown around the facility and grounds by a handful of engineers. I ended up in a conference room where there where 4 or 5 people for the core of the interview where we discussed my background and was asked several technical questions and to solve problems on a white board. After interviewing I send several emails and voice mails to the HR contact I had been communicating with with no response. 6 months later I got a call that they were not interesting in hiring me at the time. Things seemed a little disorganized with the whole process.
