      Entrevista

1st Interview -- Casual conversation. They say to dress casual but business attire is clearly business professional, so dress for the job. They emphasis the competition you're up against for the role. 2nd Interview - Again, dress business professional. They spent time going over the entry level job and ways one moves up in the company. It's very structured and they hire young (18yrs+). They almost try to sell you on the job saying when you reach a certain level in the company you go on yacht trips. Personally, I found this odd. They emphasise they're in a growth mode and will have entry level work Mon-Sat 8am-6pm earning $350-$600/wk and they pay weekly. 3rd Interview - This happened immediately after the second interview, which wasn't well communicated. CEO/main office manager did a state change from friendly to critical, passive and a bit rude. Left to speak with the person I interviewed with to get a second opinion. Offered me the job and requested that I sign paperwork at 8am the next morning. When I asked for time to consider he basically said it's now or never due to the high volume of applicants and competition. I then asked to be emailed the paperwork I'd be signing to review and decide in the morning. CEO/Office Manager said that action is illegal and they cannot do it. This was a big red flag for me seeing that emailing documents and information on a job offer is standard practice. To be frank, a lot didn't add up about the company. They're very young and focusing on growth saying their clients are requesting the level of growth they're going after yet they could only name one client. Apparently their clients pay for the manager's yacht parties to bond and take a break. Their website is bare and tells you nothing, both as a potential employee as well as a potential client. When asked for specific examples of navigating their sales/marketing strategy they talked vaguely and in circles. They also seemed to use a lot of fear tactics to get people to take them/the job seriously (like telling interviewees to dress causally when office culture is business professional and emphasizing the level of competition for the role). Honestly, it came across like a scam company that churns and burns employees. I did not accept the position offered to me.
