Envié una solicitud electrónica. Acudí a una entrevista en Southwest Key Programs (Tucson, AZ) en dic 2017
Entrevista
I was called by Southwest Key Programs and spent approximately 1/2 interviewing over the telephone and was asked to attend the job fair to interview for the position. I asked several times if I needed to know Spanish and was told that would not be a problem. I was asked to fill out the application on their web site and bring two forms of identification along with a copy of my resume. When I arrived I had to wait over an hour for the actual interview. During that time, I was told the Assistant Case Manager position had been filled and was encouraged to interview for a case management position and even though I told the employee I did not know Spanish. They said it would be ok. Once in the interview the person interviewing me told me that I qualified to apply for a counselor position and they would train me. I explained I do not know Spanish and at that time I was told they do not hire people who are not Spanish speakers. The interviewer apologized for the error.
