The process took about 2 months.I interviewed at Southern Company in (Birmingham, AL) on July 2025 Interview I recently participated in an interview that involved four staff managers. The process commenced with a 15-minute PowerPoint presentation, which was based on a list of topics provided in the interview PDF. After the presentation, each manager took turns asking standard "Tell us about a time..." questions. Generally, the panel includes the HR representative, the hiring manager, a peer manager, and a peer employee.

Typical panel type interview. I had 3 people interviewing me and they all asked me questions one by one. There were no technical questions and only asked behavioral questions. Just answer in STAR format and you should be good. Very straightforward process.
