They were 30 minutes behind schedule and it wasn't a real interview. They do not assess your skills or suitability for the role. They just ask what motivates you so they can promise you that the role will give you that. The only requirement to be hired is if you want the job.
The job titles are a lie, the are looking for people to work sales in shopping centres and its COMMISSION ONLY. They also never leave you alone. They always have an employee in the room to prevent you from talking to other candidates. They will also promise that you get a full they observation which never happens because the sales team are too busy so instead you spend the day with the CEO who is very charismatic and great at avoiding questions. If you ask about the job being commission only or the fact that you are freelance sales staff rather than an appropriate employee he will shut you down and change the topic. He will also ask you questions that you cant get right because he doesn't give any context, this is a cheap trick to make him seem smart and get annoying quickly.

I was invited for a 25 minute interview which turned out to be an hour long presentation by the CEO to a large group of people. Ignoring the fact that they completely disrespected people's time, the job advert was nothing close to what they actually offered. They want you to work face to face even during COVID, you would not be an employee so if you get sick no pay, and it was implied it is all commission based. In short you'd be a slave.
On companies house you can see they only have 5 employees. The CEO claims he's working with BT, Sky, British Red Cross, etc. but there is no mention of this on their website. He spent the hour talking about 'haters' and trying too hard to be funny, not offering any insight into what you'd actually be doing and how his business model works.
Do not attempt to work with this company. It really isn't worth it, even if you are desperate.

After the hour long presentation I was asked to call back for my interview. There would be a total of 3 interviews.

I received an e-mail inviting me to an interview. They told me they found my CV on a job search website.
I checked the company before going and they looked like they were a Direct Marketing/Multi-Level Marketing company. Knowing already how they recruit/work from past experiences, I just went to be 100% sure.
I arrived on time and had to wait 30 minutes for a 10-minute interview where the recruiter did most of the talking. They told me that the salary for the position was around 26-28K/year.
After that, they told me I was going to get a phone call at 5 PM to inform me if I made it to the second stage.
At 5 PM sharp I received the call, where they told me that, despite having lots of applicants, I was selected for the second stage of the interview process. This consists of an observation day with the manager, from 8.30 AM to 2.30 PM, at the end of which you'd have another interview. I asked information about the type of contract and employment, but they told me that we would have discussed that after the observation day. My e-mails regarding this subject (especially if this was a commission-based salary and a self-employed position) were left without a reply.
I decided not to go to the second day.
If you receive an invitation from this company, I suggest you do some research and find out what it's all about before accepting.
