Entrevista
The interview was very confusing and I wasn't sure what I was applying for. The job description wasn't a good match for what I was being asked in the interview.

Entrevista
I originally learned about the job via word-of-mouth. I exchanged emails with the hiring manager and then did a phone interview. (The job duties changed mid-interview.) Then, I went through a series of 1:1 and group interviews over 4-5 hours. Overall everyone seemed nice but I saw a few red flags. When I met with the owner, she disclosed the dismissal details of a previous employee that I know. In my interview with HR, I asked about their family-friendly policies and they replied, "we're not a policy kind of place." Lastly, an executive suggested that I was overqualified and that another job was in the works that might be a good fit. I said I was interested. About 30 minutes after I left, the executive called me on my cell phone and left a strange, scared message about not telling anyone about this new potential position. I learned a month later that they'd hired internally for the role.

Tedious. A dozen interviews total. They were not forthcoming with answers for questions I had.
In retrospect, this is a shame, because had I known what I know now, I would not have taken the job.
